Another option, albeit perhaps a demanding one, is to think about starting your own business. This can be quite challenging at 18 but is entirely possible. It could start off small and grow. Some people become self-employed/start their own businesses later in life once they have learnt a particular trade or profession.
You need to take various things into account such as tax and National Insurance, VAT if your turnover is big enough, perhaps employment law if you have employees and so on, but there is lots of help and advice on offer to help you through.
