The faces behind What Next? Future Choices

are Sue Glover and Sally Armstrong, independent Careers Advisers
​who have worked with schools and young people in the area for over a decade.

Initially with Lifetime Careers in Salisbury followed by Connexions, both set up independently, complying with current government careers legislation. 
Well versed in running events of this kind, Sue and Sally look forward to welcoming you to The City Hall, Salisbury next October.

Sue Glover PG Dip. QCG MCDI

Sue Glover is the Managing Director of Careers Solutions (Wiltshire) Limited.  A professionally qualified Careers Adviser (QCG  - Institue of Career Guidance, Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and NVQ 4 in Advice and Guidance). 
Having worked in the Careers sector for 19 years, Sue has extensive experience in many schools in and around the Salisbury area.  She specialises in careers information, advice and guidance for students between 14 –19 years of age.
Sue is a member of the Careers Development Institute and is also a registered  guidance practitioner qualified to Level 7.  Its mission is to raise the professional standards of all career development professionals and assure quality and public confidence in career development activities and services across the UK . The register is accessible through their website www.thecdi.net/Professional-Register

Sally Armstrong MA QCG RCDP

Sally Armstrong (The Facing Forward Careers Company) is an experienced, independent Higher Education and Careers Adviser working both in school and privately, with a particular focus on Years 12 and 13. She has an MA in Educational and Vocational Guidance, the QCG from the Institute of Career Guidance and an NVQ 4 in Advice and Guidance and is DBS checked. 
Sally is author of the HE Advisers' Guide, HE Parents' Guide HE Students' Guide and is a registered professional with the Career Development Institute. She represents a school on the UCAS Secondary Education Advisory Group. She has also recently become an Apprenticeship Champion and is a regular conference speaker.
